Dear Parents and The HES Community,
I AM in unity with Principal Kyle Smalls to empower, educate and synergize the students, the staff and community of Hendersonville Elementary School.
I AM an advocate for all.
I AM the voice that will speak against any injustice amongst Hendersonville Elementary School, equalize achievement gaps and set high standards for teachers and students.
I AM the one that will not accept mediocrity: only EXCELLENCE!
I BELIEVE that effective school leadership will uncap the potential of all students and teachers.
